Is there a minimum stay length?

In FRANCE: Yes, the minimum lease duration is 1 month.

In GERMANY: Yes, the minimum lease duration is 6 months.

What's the notice period, if I wish to leave Colonies?

Accepted Answer

If you want to move out, please notify us 1 month before your prospective move-out date.

Bear in mind that in Germany min. lease duration is 6 months.

Which documents do I need to apply ?

A valid ID document, and a guarantee that proves that you'll be able to cover your monthly coliving fee. If you are a citizen from outside the EU, you will also need to provide a valid Schengen visa.

When is the monthly payment due ?

On the 1st of each month for the respective month. E.g. on February 1st 2021, for the month of February 2021.

Who says communal life, also says rules in everyone's best interest :). These rules will be specified in your lease agreement. Not to worry, they essentially touch upon quiet hours and waste management… Nothing too wild, you'll see !
